Before that, you need to lay the tent flat on a clean ground, and then open the inflation hole to connect the inflation pump. The exact inflation time will depend on the size of the tent, until the tent reaches the right proper fullness. Finally, close the inflation hole tightly and organize the tent!
Storing the inflatable tent is even easier, just open the valve to deflate, then fold it up and put it in the storage bag.
