A structure tent is a modular temporary or semi-permanent building system typically made with an aluminum frame and a tensioned PVC-coated fabric roof. Unlike traditional pole tents, a clear-span structure tent can provide an unobstructed interior without central support poles. Depending on the selected system, it can be configured for events, warehousing, sports facilities, exhibitions, workshops and other commercial projects. A structure tent is not automatically a permanent building. Its permitted use, foundation, structural documentation and design loads depend on the project location, duration and local regulations.
